CURIE Knowledge Graph

CURIE — the Continuously Updated Relation Integration Engine — links 4B+ relationships across 1M+ entities: genes, diseases, drugs, pathways, phenotypes, omics results and clinical outcomes. Most of those relationships are data-driven, derived from large-scale omics, trials and screens across thousands of harmonized studies, extending well beyond canonical facts from the literature.
