What it is
Single-cell resolution across the cancer landscape.
The Cancer Cell Atlas (v2.5) integrates 5.2 million cells from 86 datasets spanning ~90 cancer types — resolving malignant, immune and stromal compartments of the tumor and its microenvironment.
It is built and harmonized using transformer-based foundation models, so cell-type annotation and cross-study integration are consistent — and every cell is connected into CURIE for cross-domain context.
